How Limit Changes Work

Increasing a deposit limit, by contrast, is subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling period. This means the higher limit will not take effect until 72 hours after you submit the request. During this cooling period you are free to cancel the increase and revert to your existing limit. This delay is a deliberate safeguard designed to prevent impulsive decision-making during a losing session.

Sometimes a short break is all it takes to reset perspective. 99x99 offers structured time-out options that temporarily suspend your account so that you can step away from gambling without permanently closing your account.

Session Time Reminders

Within your account settings, you can enable automatic in-session alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. These reminders appear as on-screen notifications and are designed to prompt you to pause and assess whether you want to continue. Session reminders are a lightweight first step that any player can activate at any time.

Cool-Off Periods

A cool-off period is a temporary suspension of your 99x99 account. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, place bets, or access any gambling features. The available durations are:

• 1-year self-exclusion: Your account is suspended for a minimum of 12 months. A 30-day reflection period applies before reactivation is processed.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Your account is permanently closed. Permanent exclusions are irreversible. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion

• Your account is immediately suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• All promotional emails, bonus offers, and marketing communications from 99x99 are stopped immediately.
• Any active bonus balance is forfeited in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
• Real-money funds in your account at the time of exclusion are held securely and returned to your registered payment method upon request for non-permanent exclusions, or automatically within 5 business days for permanent exclusions.
• Your personal data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations; it is not deleted during or after exclusion.
