99x99 Terms & Conditions

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 99x99 platform at https://99x99.club, you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 99x99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through the 99x99 platform, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket markets), slot games, promotional offers, bonuses, and any other product or feature made available to registered players from time to time.

99x99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires prior notification. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published at https://99x99.club/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

If you do not agree to be bound by these terms — in full or in part — you must immediately cease use of the 99x99 platform, close any open sessions, and, if applicable, submit a request to close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 99x99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 99x99 or any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had a 99x99 account closed or suspended for breach of these terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not employed by 99x99, a subsidiary of 99x99, or any game provider whose products are available on the platform, in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.

99x99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, or driving licence, to confirm that eligibility conditions are met. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

If 99x99 determines, at any point, that an account was registered by or is being used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all balances (including deposited funds and any winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 99x99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or via a different device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and control.
• A Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• A password of sufficient complexity as defined by the platform's security requirements.
• Confirmation that you are aged 18 or above and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 99x99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from the account settings dashboard. You must notify 99x99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 99x99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are obligated to keep your registered account information accurate and current at all times. Where a change occurs to your name (e.g., through marriage), address, or payment method details, you must update your account or notify support within 14 calendar days of the change. 99x99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if the name on the account does not match the name on the registered payment method (e.g., bKash wallet, bank account).

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99x99 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 99x99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on transactions processed through its primary supported payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of 99x99.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

99x99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change at the discretion of 99x99.
• Deposited funds are credited to your 99x99 account balance upon confirmed receipt by the platform's payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method.
• 99x99 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 99x99 account. This is a strict anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during BST business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during BST business hours.
• 99x99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside BST business hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 5 before withdrawal is permitted.

4.4 Refused Transactions

99x99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or where the transaction is inconsistent with the player's established account activity. In such cases, 99x99 will notify the player and may request supporting documentation.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

99x99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and major ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated at the point of offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria, if any, will be clearly stated at the point of promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted in the promotion's specific terms.
• 99x99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by players who have accepted and met the stated conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) and any applicable minimum odds, game contribution rates, and expiry periods will be clearly displayed in the terms of each individual promotion. Players should review these specific terms before accepting any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the 99x99 bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage), or the use of automated betting software — constitutes a material breach of these terms. 99x99 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 99x99 platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account on the 99x99 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any point during account operation.
• Accessing the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any non-human means of interaction.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or technical fault in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a known technical fault will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the odds or outcome of any market.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using 99x99 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access any part of the platform's backend infrastructure, administrative systems, or other players' account data.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 99x99 staff or other players via any platform channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to place bets or conduct transactions on your account.

Where 99x99 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to take immediate action, which may include suspending or permanently closing the account, voiding all bets and transactions, forfeiting the account balance, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under applicable law.

Section 7

Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your 99x99 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 99x99 will process the request within 2 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request an immediate account closure or self-exclusion. In self-exclusion cases, any remaining real-money balance will be returned within 5 business days. Please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for full details of the self-exclusion process.

7.2 Closure by 99x99

99x99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• 99x99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 99x99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by 99x99 due to player misconduct or breach of these terms, 99x99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, without obligation to return funds to the player.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99x99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 99x99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions or outcomes.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 99x99's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.
• Loss of data, account information, or game history resulting from technical failures not caused by 99x99's gross negligence.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform where such information is provided for reference purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 99x99's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law.

The 99x99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 99x99 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of information displayed, or the uninterrupted availability of any game or service.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the 99x99 platform that cannot be resolved through the standard support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected] for escalation to the appropriate resolution process.
